Responsiblities
The jobholder (d/f/m) in the department Industrial Systems for Fuselage Suppliers Hamburg-Finkenwerder is responsible for the industrialization of the fuselage supply chain of Hamburg plant.
- Coordinate all industrial aspects linked to these work packages
- Work closely with the supplier and if required hold regular Industrial Review Meetings to monitor the progress and the manufacturing readiness level
- Evaluate the technical offers and the general competences of the bidding suppliers together with multi-functional teams representative in the Feasibility and Call for Tender Phase of a Transfer of Work of an aero structure
- Support of any First Part Qualification or First Article Inspection
- Challenge technically the proposed solution in order to support the aero structure procurement in the commercial agreement with the supplier
- Closely follow-up the design and manufacturing phase together with the supplier after the CapEx approval/commercial agreement and perform the Specific Tooling Acceptance process according
- Check the given information in the Tool Register, identify the associated risks and mitigate them in order to secure the stability of the supplier current industrial system at all times at the best cost
- Work with the affected supplier and the supply chain organization in the plant on their resolution in case of technical issues on the buy parts
- Constantly seek to bring innovation and cost saving ideas into the work packages in your scope
Your profile:
Completed degree in:
- Engineering - at least bachelor degree or
- Mechanical Engineering - at least bachelor degree
Work Experience:
- Producktion - at least over 3 years
- Manufacturing Engineering - at least over 3 years
- Project Management - at least over 1 year
IT:
- MS-Office - at least detailed knowledge
- SAP - at least detailed knowledge
- G Suite - any knowledge desirable
Knowledge:
- in Process Management
- about Materials (Metall/CFK) desirable
Languages:
- German - at least busines fluent
- English - at least busines fluent
