Responsibilities:
The jobholder will work as an Environmental Project Leader (f/m/d) to support and deliver a Industrial Energy Efficiency Roadmap.
- Support the development and delivery of routines for the Process Control element of the roadmap including integration with Total Productive Maintenance and other processes as appropriate
- Identify and execution of projects at the plants for the Motors element including the creation of an inventory for prioritising motor replacement
- Support the integration of Energy elements into other activities e.g. Resource Efficiency pilots
- Lead the workpage, in alignment with project needs and plants needs
- Build and follow an action plan on cross-sites technologies and processes, with adequate priorization
- Coordinate stakeholders and escalate as needed
- Analyse local improvements launched for potential enlargement cross-sites
- Consolidate an improvement roadmap for medium/long term to support compliance sustainability
- Budget consolidationReporting to project leader and management
Your profile:
- Very good communication skills in German and English, to speak with contact persons from different levels and to manage presentations
- Knowledge of Airbus processes
- Technical knowledge on energy efficiency & sustainability desirable
- Degree in aircraft construction or engineering
- Professional experience (minimum of three years) in aircraft construction and as project lead
- Proficiency in MS-Office
