office based in Munich operating on a full-time work schedule.Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively contributes to the successful launch preparation and strategic planning for a new Multiple Sclerosis product
- Supports EU synergies including exchange of best practices
- Generates insights from extensive market data/intelligence with strong external focus and incorporates insights and findings into the MS brand planning process
- Keeps up to date with all new information/data for the MS brand and utilizes the information to provide competitive advantages for the brand
- Supports the development, implementation and execution of an impactful brand plan in close cooperation with international headquarters
- Leads the development of marketing materials and ensures timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Designs and executes promotional activities in line with the EU branding and EU key messages
- Ensures effective role out of marketing campaigns to the field team through cycle briefing meetings & training sessions, in close cooperation with the sales trainer
- Constantly seeks feedback and inspires the sales force, is perceived as being a passionate and persuasive brand champion
- Tracks implementation and success; develops rapid corrective activities if needed
- Supports the development of an MS long range forecasting plan together with the Associate Marketing Director and the Manager Market Research
- Manages marketing budgets closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plan
Requirements:
- Natural science or business degree
- Profound professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Marketing and/or sales experience in the field of Neurology / MS preferred
- High scientific profile with the ability to simplify new and complex clinical data
- Established contacts to main KOL and Cooperative Groups in relevant indication preferred
- Excellent communication skills in German and English required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships, in particular with the sales team
- Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized
- Highly energetic, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner with organized project management skills
- Strong business acumen and open minded
