Zur Erweiterung unserer Teams im Einsatz bei Microsoft Deutschland GmbH suchen wir eine/n:

We're looking for a talented Assist Technical Specialist (ATS) for Microsoft Azure and Windows IoT (Internet of Things) products. Windows Internet of Things scenario implementation is spreading across the industry so IoT is getting one of major focus area in IT industry. IoT platform consists of cloud platform, network, gateways, client devices, & sensors and Microsoft provides most of IoT platform components like Azure, Windows IoT, and Servers. Therefore, Microsoft is driving IoT business engagement as one of major business with Azure and Windows IoT products.
You will build relationships with our partners that scale from channel to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to engage new IoT design opportunities. Establishing a trusted advisor status will enable you to impact product and IoT solution roadmaps to align with Microsoft strategy. You must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies and cloud services as well as a strong background in IoT, client and server systems combined with great relationship skills to be successful in this exciting role. In addition to partnering deeply with our OEMs, you will work closely with Microsoft internal partners including the OEM Account and Marketing Managers, the Enterprise Account sales team as well as the IoT product team within the Windows and Azure IoT teams.

- Discover or develop IoT biz opportunity from covering accounts and design In/Win those opportunities through internal or partner collaboration.
- Prepare presentation slides of Microsoft IoT technologies and deliver to the key customers and Partners.
- Prepare presentation slides and deliver in Microsoft hosted or partners hosted Seminars.
- Develop Azure/Windows IoT based demos for proof of concept for emerging market.
- Develop enterprise application demos with cool UI by using the cutting edge IoT technologies from Microsoft.
- Collect technical information and solve the technical issues raised by key customers and Distributors.
- Preparing technical solution materials and make a proposal for key customers.

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelors Degree required
- 7+ year experience in IT/SW industry
- Having 2+ year experience of cloud/embedded software technology
- Having 3+ year experience of cloud or Windows IoT technology
- Familiar with Windows OS architecture
- Familiar with C# and other programing languages
- Familiar with Windows XP/7/8/10, Windows Embedded Standard, Windows Embedded CE/Compact and other Windows Embedded products
- Familiar with Azure, UWP, Windows Server technologies, Visual Studio and other Microsoft technologies
- Vertical experience in Retail Industry, Financial Industry, Transportation, Industrial Automation, Healthcare, etc.
- Experience in M2M and/or IoT Solution (Sensor to Cloud) would be plus
- Willingness to travel
- German Speaker
- English for writing and communication
