Key Accountabilties
- Responsible for the end to end delivery of high profile digital campaigns across multiple verticals; from briefing, creative and technical development, integration and localization, user testing and quality assurance to post launch A/B testing and optimization
- Lead cross-functional Digital teams, including external agencies, towards the delivery of the different functionalities / deliverables part of a digital campaign
- Guard the delivery of digital campaigns to ensure that crucial parts of the scope can be delivered under all conditions
- Create strong ties with Category and Market teams by sharing Digital expertise and guiding them on the best practices for digital production
- Educate categories/markets on Digital Experience capabilities/objectives and assure continuous quality improvement
- Support the creation of high quality functional design for cutting edge digital campaigns in partnership with the global Categories and local Marketing teams
- Continuously support the evolution of the digital tools and frameworks in close cooperation with the responsible product owners
- Identify business requirements and interpret these into both campaign and platform digital executions
- Partner with categories/markets implementing effectively the Digital strategy
- Contribute to the creation of future campaign strategy based on the Digital guidelines and framework
- Works closely with cross-functional departments and agencies to ensure the right adaption of Digital
- Responsible for the delivery and constant improvement of innovative and leading Digital executions
- Be the point of contact for categories on a daily basis for their Digital initiatives
- Leverage on the data insights to effectively deliver Digital campaigns
- Help all teams to integrate Digital in their discipline
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

- Broad/ deep knowledge and understanding of ever changing digital landscape, of the service offerings in the digital marketing space, Content Delivery to multiple channels and devices
- An ability to articulate which elements of digital marketing are suitable for different campaigns and how they deliver results
- Strong analytical and social skills and with the ability to analyze problems from the business perspective
- Extensive experience of localized mobile first web sites and native apps
- Demonstrable experience with digital marketing platforms, Content Management Systems (ideally Tridion) and eCommerce platforms is considered a plus
- Ability to critically review functional documentation and project plans to a detailed level and derive recommendations to guarantee high quality digital solutions
- Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office
Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration, or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive work experience in a digital department, agency or similar environment (ideally in Digital Marketing and communications for a global brand or media/agency network)
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI certified and Agile practitioner are considered a plus)
