Your tasks:
- You are heading the international HR Team.
- In alignment with business priorities and the company´s HR objectives you are responsible for the design and implementation of international HR policies and an international standard service delivery model.
- You are defining the international HR processes including Hire to Retire, payroll, time and benefits operations in cooperation with the Director Human Resources Germany.
- Your focus is leadership, employee relations and engagements, change management and communications.
- You drive the annual compensation process including the international roll out of HR tools.
- You are in charge of continuous improvements by identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
Your competences:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Organization Development, HR Development or related fields or an equivalent degree.
- 10 years or more of practical HR experience in HR processes, service center operations and HR tools.
- Strong international/regional leadership experience in HR processes, service center operations and technology.
- Proven leader with the ability to engage and develop direct and indirect reports.
- Project management skills.
- Proven ability of networking and influence across organizational boundaries as well as conceptual, strategic and HR legal skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative, marketing, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) and ideally in German as well.
- Excellent skills in building partnerships at all levels within the organization.
