- Assists in the implementation of validated process improvements
- Creates customized reporting
- Anticipates and responds to requests and deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors.
- Participates in ad hoc projects as defined by supervisor
- Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
- Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies.
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
- Proves excellent knowledge of related bank systems
- Creates customized reporting; supports the Warrants Product Team in the launch of new products/ services and upgraded platforms.
- Manages timely all requests / inquiries coming from internal and external customers and vendors
- Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
- Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
- Performs the warrants issuance processes both internally and externally with the respective depositories
- Ensures an effective third party warrants exercise process
- Position keeping, reconciliation and cash transactions on expired Warrants and certificates payment
- Data maintenance in DDI (Set up Portfolio, Contract, Customers, Settlement Codes, etc.)
- Performs payments to Clearstream Banking Frankfurt and Clearstream Luxembourg.
- Processing of Corporate Actions and Dividend payments for own securities positions
- Actively participates in projects and necessary User Acceptance Tests
- Documents new and amended processes to ensure departmental procedures are up to date at all times.
- Supports Continuity of Business planning and testing.
- Internal and external regulatory reporting (BISTA,AWV etc.)
- Different reconciliations for cash and securities
- Responsible for daily processing on Contract notes processing (Schlussnotenabwicklung)

Ihr Profil:

- German Bankkaufmann or equivalent work related experience in Securities processing
- Proven track record on relevant experience in the Securities industry
- Excellent product knowledge of warrants and stocks, including technical skills (DDI) around warrants life cycles
- 5-7 years banking experience, with focus on Securities Market
- Knowledge of the German Securities Market and foreign markets and products associated with it.
- The candidate should have prior experience in Corporate Actions
- Experience of working in an MS Office environment.
- German and English fluency (written and spoken) is essential
- Very good analytical skills and ability
- Responsible, committed and self motivated individual.
- Highly accurate worker with high level of attention to detail.
