The Senior Consultant Information Security provides consulting services and serves in a project leadership role for customers in the areas of risk analysis, security assessments, policy frameworks, process designs (security related) and security architectures. As an additional role to the Senior Consultant Information Security holds on top an existing role of a Lead Consultant.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform risk analysis and security assessments and propose remediation actions.
- Determine security requirements for IT solutions and propose implementation approaches.
- Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and processes for customers.
- Proposes recommendations clearly linked to the organization's strategy and financial goals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics.
- Highly analytical and conceptual mindset and business needs focused approach to add value to customers.
- Understands regulatory aspects of data protection (records retention, data privacy, SOX IT, CSV, GAMP or similar).
- Ensure and participate in Subject related activities to leverage processes to improve business results.
- Serve in a project role for establishing and improving Subject related processes worldwide in collaboration with other local Lead Consultants.
YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge of Information Security and Business Continuity regulations/standards
- CISSP, CISM or CISA certification preferred
- Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Organized, able to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Good communication skills and fluent in German and English (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- The ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative way
- Customer oriented, reliable, motivated and result driven
- Willing to travel within Switzerland
