- You will support local client groups in all HR related day-to-day activities, and provide ongoing advice and support to employees
- You will advice managers on all employee related matters, like e.g. performance and talent management, compensation planning or labor law
- You take responsibility for all HR related integration processes in a post-merger phase
- As member of local and international project groups, you will especially liaise with the works council to ensure full compliance and positive collaboration
- You support internal mobility processes for our employees in BPO/ ITO projects
- You design and deliver trainings and workshops to onboard and train your colleagues in HR related topics

- You bring several years of experience in a generalist HR role in a complex and growing international environment, preferably in the IT/ technology consulting field
- You are very familiar with German labour law and know how to constructively collaborate with employee representation councils. Knowledge of post-merger integration phases are a strong plus
- You have already worked on international projects, like e.g. the harmonization or optimization of processes and/ or systems
- Your focus is on your internal customer´s needs; you have already proven strong coaching abilities, flexibility, a general orientation towards pragmatic solutions and your will to take ownership
- You are open to travel between sites within Germany, and to international locations from time to time
