Company:Midsize, high technology oriented and in its field leading OEM solution provider - location: Zürich Area / Switzerlandwe are looking for a
Major Responsibilities:
- Sales of customer-specific, OEM instrument module development and manufacturing capabilities to internationally operating solution providers in the in vitro diagnostics and life science research markets Europe
- Gain new customers and/ or create new business opportunities at existing customers
- Development of technical/ commercial customer-specific quotations for the development and production of optoelectronic modules in close collaboration with engineering and senior management
- Pricing and contract negotiations in close collaboration with senior management
- Liaison between customer stakeholders and key internal functions
- Participation in conferences and trade shows
- Good understanding of market, customer, trends, developments / competitive intelligence: Stay on top of current as well as future technology and innovation trends
- Up to 50% traveling
Your Profile:
Academic degree in technology, science or related (i.e. precision mechanics, optics, biochemistry, chemistry, electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics) and solid understanding of application in in vitro diagnostics and life science research; proven track record in B2B sales of customer-specific OEM instruments or modules in the areas of lab automation, in vitro diagnostics and /or life science research; well established network to key members of in vitro diagnostics and life science research solution providers in Europe; experienced in working with people with various background: social and intercultural competence as well as very good communication skills; experience with MS Office programs and CRM systems; strong command of spoken and written German and English
