- active support of our existing distributors in South East Europe for our standard component & standardized solution business (powder, liquid and others)- strategic planning of the future distribution network in South East Europe
- recruitment & development of new WAGNER distributors
- first contact for the distributors with regard to technical support and product demonstrations
- close coordination of second level support to distributors and network partners with headquarters
- on-site support for training and workshop sessions with distributors
- active market development and exploitation of the potentials through regular distributor as well as customer visits
- full profit and loss responsibility for the distributor business in the region
- representing WAGNER on tradefairs, seminars and other official events
- active networking with material manufacturers and other opinion makers in South East Europe
The position is based on a market cultivation contract (Home Office), preferably located in Slovenia and close to an international airport.

- technical background in the area of mechanics or electrics combined with extensive experience in the surface coating business, ideally in both powder and liquid coating
- several years sales management experience within distribution business for industrial products
- strong communication skills including fluent English and/ or German language skills (written and spoken)
- dedicated sales personality with hands-on mentality
- willingness for frequent travelling within South Eastern Europe (60-70%)
